Application: To produce bright, low-oxygen copper rod with the diameter of φ8mm, φ10mm and φ12mm by adopting pure red copper scrap as raw material through continuous casting & rolling technological process.

Composition: 70t reflecting furnace, 5-wheel pouring machine, scrolling shear, ingot picker, straightener and edge mill, dust sweeper, continuous rolling machine, washing and reverting device, take-up device and electric control system.

Specification: Diameter of H crystallizing capstan: φ1800mm; Cross section:1800m; Pouring speed: 10-15.6m/min; Cutting length of scrolling shear: 700mm; Continuous rolling stands:14 in total (12 for dia.10mm, 10 for dia.12mm), among which the former 2 are in type of 2-roller, the back 12 in type of Y and 3-roller; Outlet diameter: φ8mm, φ10mm and φ121mm, φ12mm; Nominal diameter: φ255mm final speed: 8.13m/s. Motor power of rolling machine: 355kW; Productivity: 14.5t/h.
