A fully immerging emulsion system to ensure an effective cooling and lubricating for wire and dies.

A horizontal resistance annealer by DC in 2 section, easy for threading.

Stainless steel plate separtes the magnetic field on the upper casing to prevent wire jump or causing sparks to damage the nickel belt,the copper wire and the base of the annealing wheel,thus extending the service life of nickel belt while upgrading the quality of wire.

Full integration between mechanical function and electrical control.PLC is used for programming. The machine run at speeds that match with the electrical control in order to achieve quick die-change and bobbin-shift without stop.

Production process is displayed in the colour screen of man-machine interface,easy to make inquiry,adjustment,and control for higher productivity and quality.
