I. Application The machine is suitable for laying-up and armouring of PVC and XLPE insulated low-voltage power cables and intermediate-voltage crosslinked cable for 3-core, 4-core, 5-core, “4+1”core, “3+2”core with a cross-section range of 35-300mm2.

IV.Structural specifiction and technical parameter for each major component

1. Stranding cage with 1+1+3 bobbin (1) specs of pay-off bobbin PN1600 compatible PN 1250 (2) the main stranding cage has a 7-grade of speed change, has a linkage with major transmission  shaft Undergrond, with functions of right & left directions and in neutral position. (3) pay-off tension is for mechanically-frictional contral. (4) braking by electric and hydraulic (5) The stranding cage with 1+1+3 bobbin mainly consists of .1600 an individual bobbin stand, .1600 bobbin stand with rotatory bow-shape and .1600 3-bobbin stranding cage, which can either do backtwist and strand a round wire synchronously or strand a fan-shaped wire without backtwist. The .1600 individual bobbin stand and the .1600 bobbin stand with rotatory bow-shape both of them adopt the mode of pin-pulling and manually pre-twisted. The bobbin stand of .1600 3-bobbin stranding cage works by adopting electric pre-twisting and stop for operation. The above-mentioned three bobbin stands all of them adopt end-shaft electric clamping and loosening of bobbin. The .1600 3-bobbin stranding cage is equipped with pay-off stand of gasket for packing

Mechanical meter counter (1) circumference length of counting wheel 500mm (2) Max. counted meter 9999m (3)precision tolerance of meter counting 4% (4)meter-counting wheel adopts an individual drive, in the type of two-wheel and horizontal installed; a buffer spring is fixed at the place of pimpacted wheel and in-and-out of wire both of them will pass through wire-guiding pulley.
